3. Apply Rooting Powder: Pour a small amount of A.A Rooting Powder into a separate, shallow dish or container (to avoid contaminating the entire supply). Dip the moist end of the cutting into the powder, ensuring that about 1 inch of the stem is coated. Gently tap off any excess powder.
